there are very few places here that do this.
because it is not in carried over from british tradition.

however,
i did a project in school once.

It just seems so civilised, and gives you the chance to step back from the rigours of life for a moment or two. Even if you can't afford Fortnum and Masons, you can't beat a good cup of tea.
