wow, i love all kinds of tea.
there are very few places here that do this.
because it is not in carried over from british tradition.

however,
i did a project in school once.
about creating a business.

it was called "sip n' biscuits"
a tea shop that had a huge array of fresh biscuits.

in order to compete against starbucks,
as a healthy alternative to coffee,
that still provided the morning burst you want and need.

As a Brit I can tell you there is nothing quite like afternoon tea. It just seems so civilised, and gives you the chance to step back from the rigours of life for a moment or two. Even if you can't afford Fortnum and Masons, you can't beat a good cup of tea. Best drink of the day.
