Fortnum And Mason Some Enchanted Evening Event London

The elegant Second Floor of Fortnum and Mason which is devoted to exclusive products, from handbags to cosmetics, jewellery, and exquisite hats is relaunching tonight, even more beautiful than before. To celebrate the relaunch, Fortnum ‘s are having a “Some Enchanted Evening” event tonight at 6pm where you can watch demonstrations, talk to the experts, try products and get a free makeover, manicure and massage – all whilst sipping on complimentary champagne! It promises to be a marvellous evening, absolutely filled with all things dear to a girl’s heart!

Tickets are £15 and each guest will be given a luxurious goody bag packed with samples from all the featured suppliers, and many more. Reservations for the event can be made by ringing 0845 602 5694.

Below are some of the highlights of the evening:

The Body Beautiful
• Guerlain will feature their glamorous Hollywood Beauty Box. The Guerlain make- up artists will give you a makeover like no other, leaving you looking and feeling like an A list celebrity.
• Dior’s master make-up artist is flying in from Paris for the evening. This is a unique opportunity to learn the beauty secrets from one of the world’s leading beauty experts.
• Our very own Fortnum’s therapists will be offering complimentary mini treatments, including, manicures and reflexology treatments.
• Aromatherapy Associates will be on hand to ease away any stress with treatments in their massage chairs.
• Maddi Alexander will be on hand to discuss her gorgeous range of candles, room fragrances and body scrubs, and her therapist will offer relaxing hand massages, using her exclusive products.
• Cochine, the exciting new beauty range, featuring the essence of the Far East, will be available for consultations.
• Fortnum & Mason’s own hand-made soaps will be demonstrated, with their creators on hand to explain the painstaking technique used in their creation.
• Ushvani will introduce their superb range of toiletries, and offer hand massages using their organic and ethically-sourced products.
• Grossmiths, the venerable perfumier, will talk about the history of perfume, and demonstrate their historic fragrances.
• Champagne, please, Mr Christian! The Clive Christian perfume bar is the place to find your favourite fizz.

Dressing Up • Azagury, the exclusive designer, will be present, in the shape of elegant models displaying his latest haute couture collection.
• Fortnum’s own milliner, Adrian Philip Howard, will demonstrate the art of hat-making, using antique and vintage blocks. There will be an opportunity to review his latest collection, and talk to him about your own requirements.
• The Lulu Guinness Handbag expert will be on hand to discuss the art and qualities of the perfect handbag.
• Servane Gaxotte, the woman behind the best-selling range of jewellery, flies in from France to talk about how she began her unique business from her kitchen table, and the inspiration behind each season’s new designs.

The Home Beautiful • English Fine Porcelain will demonstrate their exquisite, hand-painted china.
• Country Silk: the creators of our new range of silk cushions, each hand-painted, will talk about the inspiration behind the range.

When I lived in London, my two favorite stores were Fortnums and Harvey Nics. Wish I was still there.

Wow, I never knew Fortnum and Mason has already come up with this kind of event. These are the things that makes me miss London more and more. Hope to come back there soon. Harvey Nics is also wonderful and I miss shopping there.

That’s a terrific relaunch is top-notch. Regrettably I missed during my trip to London. Fortnam’s soap is the best … I’ve had a friend ship me some of it. I’m fortunate with a friend in London (2 actually) so I’m in touch about London regularly.
