Green Tea Milk Bun
Let me explain to everyone reading this that I have an obsession with everything to do with green tea. I’ve had green tea sweets, green tea cake, green tea eclairs, green tea truffles, green tea toast, the list is endless! A lot of the unusual green tea food/drinks I’ve had has been on holidays in Japan and the US but I am trying to sample everything “green tea” that London has to offer. I bought this green tea milk bun yesterday in a bakery called Wonderful Patisserie in Chinatown (45 Gerrard Street, London W1D 5QQ). It is basically a plain bun with a green tea paste spread over it rather than a bun made with green tea. It is quite plain with a mild sweet green tea taste but is nice if you heat it in a microwave for 10 seconds!

it really doesnt look that appetizing. i like green tea ice cream though, have you tried that?
