However I do think that you will need to have a substantial amount of comments in order not to have the time :) Secondly I don't see how you thing that having the do-follow plug-in installed will hurt your seo efforts? I agree that linking out to bad neighborhoods are bad but giving link love to normal neighborhood sites will never take anything away from you (except possibly a bit of value to your internal links that is).
